A collaboration between a visionary developer, a luxury custom home builder, and an award-winning architect, The Homestead at Milton is one of the most sought after and high profile communities North of Atlanta with just 30 homesites starting at $1 Million, and custom homes starting at $3.5 Million.

Our Approach

Vision Development Partners reimagined an old golf course as an exclusive opportunity for 30 homesites, with breathtaking views. The Homestead at Milton represents the place where land and home meet. This brand is deeply rooted in the notion that this land could be transformed into a once in a lifetime community.

With this brand philosophy in mind, Junction set out to help The Homestead at Milton execute an online presence and comprehensive digital marketing strategy that successfully delivered brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Website Design

Junction created low-fidelity wireframes to depict the overall functional flow of each unique page template before adding in the design elements to bring this brand to life. We created a website that moved a user through an experience following the

best practice for user experience, content, and digital assets. The user experience balanced the need to engage users with unique content and clear calls to action to increase engagement and lead generation.

Since the launch of the website in May 2021, more than 20,000 users have visited the website which has led to more than 200 qualified leads.

With a well-positioned brand and experiential website, Junction focused on developing the right digital marketing solutions to increase brand awareness, engage with qualified buyers, and sell land priced at more than $1 Million. With a goal to target

individuals with more than $8.5 Million in assets who were also looking to build a new home starting at $3.5 Million, we had to identify the right formula for digital marketing.
