Junction Receives Top Honors and Takes Home 5 OBIE Awards

On October 22nd, 2022, Junction Creative Solutions (Junction) attended the 42nd annual OBIE awards hosted by Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council.

Junction took home 5 OBIEs, 3 Gold and 2 Silver for Best Website Community, Best Marketing Campaign Over and Under $10,000, and Best Social Media Application for our work with two upcoming communities: The Homestead at Milton and 1858 Downtown.

Using Facebook and Instagram advertising, Junction was able to sell 30% of available lots in this private, gated community. Land in The Homestead at Milton starts at over $1 million with new home builds starting at $3.5 million. Junction used a targeted, informed approach to target the right buyers on social media. The ads drove over 20,000 users to the website and produced over 200 qualified leads.
