Junction implemented a single point of contact, eliminating inefficient communications between 10-15 Yahoo! stakeholders and the agency resources. By implementing this process, Junction was able to reduce the agency resource need from 10 to 4.5 resources. This not only reduced Yahoo! monthly marketing spend by more than 50% but also improved production time by 100% without compromising the integrity of the work. Junction was awarded the account, replacing a notable incumbent agency.

Junction works with Yahoo! Marketing Solutions on various projects that include: wireframes, content matrixes, content, design mocks, mobile design, websites, microsites, online advertisements, offline advertisements, marketing collateral (sales presentation design and internal communication documents), video, and animation. The Junction team works with Yahoo! Program Managers to produce creative assets against tight deadlines insuring that all brand guidelines, UED requirements, and client requirements are adhered to throughout the process.

To date, Junction has maintained an ongoing relationship with Yahoo!, completing more than 100 projects and over 600 assets with 4.5 resources. We contributed to a campaign that won Yahoo!/Westin Wellness a Webby Award.
